Which Kerasis product should I start with?

Start with the Hydrating Shampoo + Hair Mask combo. Use the shampoo every wash and the mask once or twice a week. Add the Keratin Hair Serum if you want extra frizz control and shine.

Can I use Kerasis after a keratin or smoothening treatment?

Yes, that is exactly what it is made for. Kerasis is free from sulfates, parabens and salt, which can strip keratin from the hair. Regular use helps your treatment last longer. Follow your stylist’s advice on when to wash your hair for the first time after the treatment.

Is Kerasis safe for colour-treated hair?

Yes. Our formulas are sulfate and salt free, so they are gentle on colour-treated hair.

Is it suitable for all hair types, and for men?

Yes. Kerasis is suitable for all hair types (straight, wavy, curly, dry, frizzy or damaged) and for both men and women.

How do I use the shampoo?

Apply a small amount to wet hair, massage gently into the scalp and hair for 1 to 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

How do I use the hair mask or hair spa?

After shampooing, apply from mid-lengths to the ends of your hair. Leave the Hydrating Hair Mask or Hair Spa on for 10 to 15 minutes (Keratin Hair Mask: 5 to 10 minutes), then rinse well. Use once or twice a week.

How do I use the hair serum?

Take a few drops in your palms and apply to towel-dried hair, focusing on the lengths and ends. Do not rinse. You can use it daily.

What is the shelf life?

Kerasis products have a shelf life of 3 years from manufacture. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep the cap closed.

Orders & delivery

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 days across India. Remote locations can take a little longer.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges depend on your PIN code and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you deliver to my PIN code?

We deliver across India. Enter your PIN code in the checker on any product page to confirm delivery to your area.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email. You can also track your order here using your order number and email address.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible on +91 98916 01872 or info@kerasisprofessional.com. We can change or cancel an order until it has been dispatched.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay online with UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or choose cash on delivery.

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes. Online payments are processed by Razorpay, a secure, PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.

Returns & refunds

What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong product?

We are sorry! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund. See our returns and refunds policy.

Can I return a product I have opened?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used personal care products unless they are damaged or defective.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to your original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, we refund to your UPI ID or bank account.
