We deliver Kerasis Professional products across India through trusted courier partners. This page explains how and when your order reaches you.

Where we deliver

We ship to all serviceable PIN codes in India. You can check delivery to your area by entering your PIN code on any product page.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 days. Deliveries to remote areas, and orders placed during sales, festivals or public holidays, can take a little longer. If your delivery is delayed by weather, courier disruptions or other events outside our control, we will keep you informed.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges depend on your PIN code and the courier option you choose. They are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery (COD) is available. Please keep the exact amount ready when your order arrives. We may contact you to confirm a COD order before dispatch.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email. You can also track your order using your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Address and delivery issues

Please check that your address, PIN code and mobile number are correct. The courier will call this number if they need directions.
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will usually try again. If the parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the order was refused, we can reship it, and shipping charges may apply again.
If your parcel looks damaged or tampered with on arrival, please tell the delivery partner and contact us within 48 hours.
