We want you to love your Kerasis products. If something is not right with your order, we will make it right.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or is not what you ordered:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kerasisprofessional.com or on WhatsApp.
Share your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. An unboxing video helps us resolve it faster.
Once verified, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Opened and used products

Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene reasons, unless the product is damaged or defective.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched. Call us on +91 98916 01872 or email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days.
Online payments are refunded to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet). Your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit.
For cash on delivery orders, we refund to your UPI ID or bank account.

Shipping charges are refunded when the issue is our error (damaged, defective or incorrect items).
